Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Yoga Academy Publisher (the “Application”), a desktop publishing tool provided by Yoga Academy / the Georgian Yoga Federation (“Yoga Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By connecting an account or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Application
The Application enables authorized Yoga Academy users to select original video content, enter publishing information, connect supported social media accounts, and submit that content to the selected platforms through their official application programming interfaces.
2. Account authorization
You must sign in through the official authorization page of each supported platform and grant only the permissions requested for the selected function. You remain responsible for your platform account and may revoke the Application’s access at any time through the platform’s account settings.
3. Publishing consent and user control
The Application publishes content only after the user selects a file, chooses a destination, provides the relevant metadata, and confirms the publishing action. Before confirming, you are responsible for reviewing the selected account, caption, title, privacy setting, and other available publishing options.
4. Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you own the content or have all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses required to publish it. You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or contrary to the rules of the destination platform.
5. Third-party platforms
The Application interacts with services operated by third parties, including TikTok. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, community guidelines, technical limitations, review processes, and account controls. We do not control and are not responsible for a third-party platform’s availability, moderation, processing, distribution, privacy setting, or decision to accept, restrict, remove, or display content.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Application, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, evade platform restrictions, publish spam, impersonate others, or use the Application in a way that violates applicable law or a connected platform’s rules.
7. Availability and changes
The Application is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change when platform APIs, requirements, or permissions change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or compatibility.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular level of reach or engagement, or successful publication by a third-party platform. Yoga Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from platform outages, account restrictions, user error, or third-party decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to the Application if its use creates a security risk, violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or conflicts with platform requirements. You may stop using the Application and revoke connected-account access at any time.
10. Privacy
Our handling of information associated with the Application is described in the Yoga Academy Publisher Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that apply under the law of the user’s place of residence.
